Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

No cancellation, returning or exchanging is allowed for any of the purchased items.

At BVC we maintain utmost precision in delivering only the best for you. We request you to follow below mentioned points:

• Make sure you have placed the right order for size, design and colour as we cannot accept cancellation request after order is placed.
• Product will be replaced in case of damage on delivery for which you need to send video/Image to mallabvc@bvcstore.in. If package is open/tampered, we suggest you refuse to accept the same and inform us at mallabvc@bvcstore.in to make the necessary arrangement for replacement.
